You can pay using Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo Money, Telecel Cash) or by card through the GLYDE app. All payments are processed securely.
Yes. You can cancel or change your booking up to 30 minutes before your departure time. Cancellations within 30 minutes of departure are non-refundable.
GLYDE operates on a fixed schedule. In the rare case of a delay, you'll be notified via the app immediately with an updated arrival time.
Each GLYDE bus has a fixed passenger capacity. Once a departure is fully booked, it shows as unavailable. We recommend booking in advance during peak hours.
Yes. All GLYDE buses are air-conditioned for passenger comfort.
Yes. You can book a seat for another person. Their name and phone number will be required at booking.
If you miss your scheduled departure, you can rebook on the next available departure at the standard fare. Missed rides are non-refundable.
